About Me

Dr. Jane Grant, PT, DPT has always had a passion for helping people and a deep desire to understand the intricacies of the human body. Dr. Grant began her journey into health and wellness at Tennessee State University where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree. She then earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Hampton University.

Dr. Grant’s work and research created the foundation needed to develop her understanding of the body’s multi-layered system that requires an alternative strategy from the current medical model and disease-centered approach. Her heightened awareness led her down multiple educational avenues, including holistic-based treatment approaches, herbalism, meditation, yoga, and somatic healing. As a result of this intentional crafting of education and experience, Dr. Grant has slowly curated a unique approach to her physical therapy and wellness offerings.

Dr. Grant completed various pelvic floor physical therapy courses through Herman & Wallace for the treatment of pelvic pain, dysfunction, sexual health, and prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation. She acquired certification as a Full Spectrum Doula from SMC Full Circle Doula program.

She continues to broaden her knowledge base by acquiring the appropriate tools needed to holistically treat her patients including but not limited to prenatal and postpartum exercise coaching, transgender treatment strategies, energy healing, mindfulness practices, nutrition, myofascial manual techniques, dry needling, and natural medicine.
