What to Expect:
Initial Evaluation:
The initial evaluation is a 60/75-minute session where we get to know you by completing a physical examination and a thorough history of your past and present medical history. We perform several assessments, which may include posture, body mechanics, movement strategies, and muscle testing. Once the initial examination is complete, we will work together to create a plan of care that is uniquely developed for your lifestyle and current needs. You will be given tools, home exercise programs, and movement/lifestyle modifications to improve your success.
Follow-Up Sessions:
In the follow-up sessions, we assess your progress, discuss areas of difficulty, and continue the work detailed in your plan of care. Treatment can include hands-on manual soft tissue techniques to address any musculoskeletal dysfunction present, dry needling, patient education, and updated exercises to help you progress and reach your rehab goals.
